Job Description
As a Floating Caregiver with Love and Grace, you’ll play a vital role in supporting multiple clients throughout the day, traveling to various locations across the Maricopa, Pima, and Pinal counties. This dynamic position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a flexible, client-centered environment, as schedules will vary based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and compassionate care aligned with each client’s care plan.
Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
Encourage and support clients’ independence according to their capabilities.
Provide emotional and psychological support to clients and their families.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental conditions.
Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits and client records.
Coordinate with community agencies involved in client care.
Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client updates and needs.
Participate in in-service training as required.
Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
Ability to drive and assist with client transportation as needed.
Physical capability to assist clients in and out of vehicles and homes.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally support client weight up to 200 pounds.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to client confidentiality and professional ethics.
Qualifications:
Current TB test
CPR and First Aid certification
Valid fingerprint clearance card
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
